About Edge Life
Edge Life is a product company that turns useful knowledge and technology into everyday capabilities, designed to work within ordinary budgets, devices and connections.
It was incorporated in 2024 as Edge Lifestyle Products Private Limited and is run by Zankar Savalia. Today that means five free web apps. The intent is considerably broader than software, and we're clear-eyed about the distance between the two.

It takes knowledge and technology that already work for some people and turns them into capabilities ordinary people can use — currently as free web apps that run in a browser, need no account, and are built for budget phones and slow connections.
- Are Edge Life products free to use?
- Yes. Every product we ship is free to use in the browser, and a genuinely useful free version is a requirement rather than a trial. We don't lock the core of a tool behind a paywall, and we don't use pressure tactics, fake urgency, or dark patterns to upsell. If a paid tier ever exists, it will add something specific on top of a free version that already works.
- How does Edge Life use AI?
- Only where it makes a capability genuinely simpler, and never as the reason a product exists. Several Edge products contain no AI at all, and their pages say so plainly. Where automation does materially affect a recommendation or a ranking, it's labelled with a reason you can read. AI is a tool we use, not what the company is for.
- How does Edge Life handle my data?
- Carefully and visibly. Most of our products need no account and store nothing at all — one of them keeps no data even in your browser. Where data is collected, it's explained in plain language at the point of collection rather than buried in a settings page, and we don't use engagement mechanics designed to maximise time in an app. The details are in our privacy policy.
